Located within the landmark new Sydney Fish Market, GetSashimi brings a contemporary interpretation of Japanese dining to one of Australia's premier food destinations. Working in collaboration with Liteco, Konnos contributed to the interior design of a dynamic dining environment centred around Sydney's longest sushi train, creating a space that is both highly functional and engaging.

Designed to showcase the theatre of sushi preparation, the interior embraces openness, simplicity and precision. A restrained palette of natural materials, refined finishes and carefully considered detailing creates an environment that feels contemporary, welcoming and authentic, allowing the craftsmanship of the food to remain the focal point. Every design decision was made to support an intuitive customer experience while accommodating the fast-paced operation of a high-volume sushi and sashimi venue.

The result is a sophisticated hospitality environment that reflects the evolving GetSashimi brand while complementing the architectural significance and energy of the new Sydney Fish Market.
